These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and l444 org.

In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on l444 org. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, l444 org reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or casino wagers, and forfeit all bonus balances without prior notice.

5.1 Casino Games

• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including — but not limited to — a postponed or abandoned match, a data feed error that caused an incorrect price to be offered, or an event outcome that falls outside the scope of the market definition.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh Taka) per day, per player, unless otherwise specified for a specific event or market.
• Multiple Accounts / Syndicates: Coordinated betting activity across multiple accounts, or participation in a syndicate designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. For slots, the minimum stake is ৳10 per spin. For live dealer table games, minimum stakes start from ৳100 per hand or round. For sports betting markets, minimum bet size is ৳50 per selection. • The account holder has breached any material provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward l444 org staff or other players.
• The account has been flagged by l444 org's risk and compliance systems for irregular betting patterns or suspected exploitation of pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their l444 org account voluntarily may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account — provided it is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigation — will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method. Accounts subject to self-exclusion follow the terms stated in Section 7 above.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a player account — whether voluntary, by l444 org, or following a self-exclusion request — all access to the platform is revoked. Any bonus balances, loyalty points, or promotional credits associated with the account are forfeited at the time of closure. Real-money balances in closed accounts (where no breach of these Terms has been identified) will be returned to the player following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
